The GCW Group recently celebrated the completion of its Future Leadership Program (FLP) 2026 – Management Edition, reinforcing the organisation’s ongoing commitment to developing leadership capability across the business.
Established in 2024, the FLP is a key investment in supporting talented employees as they progress into leadership and management roles. Following the success of previous programs, the 2026 Management Edition brought together emerging and established leaders from across Australia for a four-day development workshop in Sydney.
Facilitated by Dave Ryan and supported by senior leaders from across the Group, the program focused on building management capability, broadening business knowledge and strengthening leadership skills. Participants also gained valuable insights into the diverse functions that contribute to the success of the GCW Group.
The 2026 program welcomed participants from Grace Information Management and Grace Removals Group, representing branches across Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Toowoomba, Orange, Canberra, Perth and Sydney.
